In the Aquarian deck, the version of arcane 13 indicates the triumph of the final time. The end imposes itself: there´re no transitional times anymore, processes or steps. An end after a conflict, a struggle, a war without winners or losers. The time stamp is for everyone and moments are no more. It´s the end for the given time, the last moment after moments. Death of the times triumphs without caring about the result or the achieved: there´s no more time anymore.
In another topic´s version, the Egyptian one, we find another point of view. There´s a life continuity and is about the end of forms, the ephimeral, the illusory, what rises, grows and dies throughout time. The Mind triumphs, the one that generates ideas and forms after discarding other ones. In this continuity, some of them are alive while others fall, the visual field is varied and there´s a lot of times to observe. Sight is on the present time, and the end concerns forms to freed space and thus let emerge others. The end is continuity, life and generation.
In the Marseille deck approach, the version of arcane 13 reaches a third facet about time. Death is in a procession, advances, treads on, smashes without caring what or who, is focused on the future and is something about to come. An end is near, the one announced by quartered and unconcluded. These are the elements warning about what is upcoming: it´s possible to prevent it although not covering, it´s possible to be prepared although not be dressed up. It´s the future´s time in the Marseille deck, a future announced by the fragments observed in the present.
Versions about time seem to prevail in arcane 13, Death, The Immortality. Past, present and future crossed by the same topic: the end.
